Exchanges Exchanges are offered within 14 days of receipt of product. This does not apply to jewelry. Merchandise will have a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must have all tags attached and in original / new condition. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email during this 14 day period to qualify for an exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the items. We require that you send your package with a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Reg. mail) It is strongly recommended that you insure the package as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the return center in their original condition. Include a note stating what you would like in exchange for your original item. No exchanges will be available after the 14 day period has expired. Important Notes and Restrictions Exchanges will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the return center No exchanges on jewelry or custom orders.
