Returns / ExchangesReturns / Exchanges are offered within 7 days of receipt of product. This does not apply to jewelry, bathing suits, or intimate apparel. Merchandise will have a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must have all tags attached and in original / new condition. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email or phone during this 7 day period to qualify for the exchange. Our number is (304)343-7020. You will be responsible for all shipping incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the items. We require that you send your package with a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Reg. mail) It is recommended that you insure the package as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the return center in their original condition. No returns or exchanges will be available after the 7 day period has expired. Important Notes and Restrictions Exchanges will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the return center No exchanges on jewelry, bathing suits, intimate apparel, or custom orders. As a safeguard against potential abuse we reserve the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns. You may also bring items to our retail store locations.
